If you sign in
Accounts are optional and run at accounts.kindlytools.com. If you make one, we keep only what it needs to work:
- your email address, to sign you in and to reach you about your account;
- that you told us you are 13 or older, and when;
- if you use a passkey, its public key (your fingerprint or face never leaves your device);
- your sign-in sessions, so you stay signed in, and when your account was made;
- work you choose to save to your account, so it can be on your other devices.
We don’t keep your name, photo, contacts or anything else about you.
Signing in with Google or Apple
If you sign in with one of them, it tells us your email address and an account number for you, and nothing more: we don’t ask for your name, picture or contacts. Kindly Tools’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who helps us run it
Cloudflare hosts the sites and the account database. Resend sends sign-in emails and sees only the address it sends to. We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use it for advertising or profiling.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account until you delete it. On the account page you can download everything we hold, change your email address, or delete your account in one step, which removes what we hold for it. You can also write to us and we will do it for you.
Besuche zählen
Wir zählen Seitenaufrufe möglicherweise mit Cloudflare Web Analytics, das keine Cookies setzt und Sie nicht identifiziert. Mehr zählen wir nicht: Es gibt keine Werbung und keine Tracker von Dritten.

Die Schriften kommen wie alles andere auf der Seite von dieser Website: Ihr Browser fragt dafür weder Google noch sonst jemanden an.
Ein Problem melden
Wenn Sie „Stimmt etwas nicht?“ nutzen, erhalten wir, was Sie schreiben, und Ihre E-Mail, falls Sie sie angeben. Nur wenn Sie das Häkchen setzen, erhalten wir auch, woran Sie gearbeitet haben, und technische Angaben (Seite, Browser, Bildschirmgröße, Sprache und letzte Fehler); private Links und Schlüssel werden vorher entfernt. Ihre IP-Adresse speichern wir nicht. Meldungen werden nach 180 Tagen gelöscht.
Hosting
Die Website besteht aus statischen Dateien, die Cloudflare ausliefert; dabei werden die üblichen Anfragedaten wie IP-Adressen verarbeitet, um sie bereitzustellen und zu schützen.
