We don’t ask who you are. Every tool works without an account; signing in is optional.

If you sign in
Accounts are optional and run at accounts.kindlytools.com. If you make one, we keep only what it needs to work:
- your email address, to sign you in and to reach you about your account;
- that you told us you are 13 or older, and when;
- if you use a passkey, its public key (your fingerprint or face never leaves your device);
- your sign-in sessions, so you stay signed in, and when your account was made;
- work you choose to save to your account, so it can be on your other devices.
We don’t keep your name, photo, contacts or anything else about you.
Signing in with Google or Apple
If you sign in with one of them, it tells us your email address and an account number for you, and nothing more: we don’t ask for your name, picture or contacts. Kindly Tools’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who helps us run it
Cloudflare hosts the sites and the account database. Resend sends sign-in emails and sees only the address it sends to. We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don’t use it for advertising or profiling.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account until you delete it. On the account page you can download everything we hold, change your email address, or delete your account in one step, which removes what we hold for it. You can also write to us and we will do it for you.
Conteggio delle visite
Potremmo contare le pagine viste con Cloudflare Web Analytics, che non usa cookie e non ti identifica. È l’unico conteggio che facciamo: non ci sono pubblicità né tracker di terzi.

I caratteri arrivano da questo sito, come tutto il resto della pagina: il tuo browser non li chiede a Google né a nessun altro.
Segnalare un problema
Se usi «Qualcosa non va?», riceviamo ciò che scrivi e la tua email, se la indichi. Solo se metti la spunta riceviamo anche ciò su cui stavi lavorando e dettagli tecnici (la pagina, il browser, le dimensioni dello schermo, la lingua e gli errori recenti); link privati e chiavi vengono tolti prima. Non conserviamo il tuo indirizzo IP. Le segnalazioni vengono cancellate dopo 180 giorni.
Hosting
Il sito è fatto di file statici serviti da Cloudflare, che tratta i normali dati delle richieste, come gli indirizzi IP, per distribuirlo e proteggerlo.
