Kindly Tools
Terms of use
Last updated 7 November 2026
Kindly Tools are made by DaD Digital, a small Australian company. These terms cover every Kindly tool: kindlytools.com and the tools it lists, such as Graph Paper Pro, Crayon Pad, Free QR Pad, Crossword Pad and Sudoku Paper Pro. By using them you agree to these terms. We have kept them short.
Free to use
The tools are free. You don’t need to sign up to use them, and no feature is held back for people who pay.
You may use what you make for anything you like, at home, at school or at work, including things you sell. You don’t need to credit us.
Your work is yours
What you make with our tools belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. Most of it never leaves your device: see our privacy page for exactly what does.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you make one, you must be at least 13, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
You can delete your account at any time, in one step, from the account page. Deleting it removes what we hold for it.
What you share
Some tools let you share what you made, for example with a link. You are responsible for what you share. Don’t share anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or anything meant to harm, deceive or harass.
We may remove shared content, or stop a link working, if it breaks these terms or the law, or if someone reports it and we agree.
Using the tools fairly
Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the tools’ limits, don’t use them to send spam, and don’t pretend to be us.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but they are provided as they are. Check anything important before you rely on it: a printout’s size, a calculation, a QR code.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the tools. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded.
Changes
We may change the tools or these terms. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and say so plainly on kindlytools.com.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
